Refund policy

Returns:

We accept returns if they are requested within 7 days of the date the order was delivered, unless marked as Final Sale. All Swimwear, Beauty products, and Sale items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All returned items must be in their original condition, with the protective adhesive liner and tags still attached and no visible signs of wear.

To request a return, please email support@shopthegoldenarchive.com and include your order number, the product(s) and quantity you’d like to return, and the reason for the return. If your item arrived damaged, please include a photo with your request.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping via UPS Ground, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total. Please note that original shipping fees from the initial order are non-refundable.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please note that all accepted and denied items remain at the discretion of The Golden Archive.

 

 

Exchanges:

We accept exchanges if they are requested within 14 days of the date the order was delivered, unless marked as Final Sale. To request an exchange, please email support@shopthegoldenarchive.com and include your order number, the product(s) and quantity you’d like to exchange, the reason for the exchange, and the item(s) you’d like to receive in return. If your item arrived damaged, please include a photo with your request.
