Shipping policy

 Shipping Policy:

We provide shipping to all US states and territories, and we also offer international shipping.

All US orders over $100 ship free! For orders under $100 the following shipping options are available:

USPS Standard Ground: 2-4 business days ($7.99)

UPS Priority: 2-4 business days ($10.99)

UPS Express: 1-2 business days ($49.99)

Express International: 1 to 5 business days ($24.99)

 

  • All estimated delivery times include a processing period of 1-2 business days. Any transit delays due carrier issues, inclement weather, holidays or other factors are out of our control. Delivery times are only estimates thus not guaranteed. 
  • Orders ship Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Any orders placed with expedited shipping on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. 
  • If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, you must select USPS Standard Ground. Please note transit times may vary.
  • UPS Express Shipping ships the same day if the order is placed before 12pm EST. All orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the following business day.
Shipment Tracking:

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order to the email address you have provided. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email that will have your item(s) tracking number. Orders may ship in multiple packages if necessary.

Order Changes:

You have 24 hours from the time the order has been placed to reach out to our Support Team to request any changes to your order including order cancellations. You can reach our Support Team at support@shopthegoldenarchive.com M-F during regular business hours. 

  • UPS EXPRESS orders cannot be updated if placed before 12pm EST due to shorter processing times. 
  • Our Support Team will do their best to honor any address changes or cancellations but there is no guarantee.
  • Once an order has been updated with a tracking number, our team cannot make any changes to the address. We appreciate your understanding.

If you forget to apply a discount code, please reach out to support@shopthegoldenarchive.com and our Support Team will offer a one time exception to apply the code manually to your order. Please note that this policy only applies if the code is still valid and applicable to your order.
